"Bistro North is our go-to place when we're in Dillon. We have never had a bad meal. Sunday night my husband and I shared the salmon, which is excellent, and a butter leaf salad, also very good. The kitchen split everything for us, which I think is such a great gesture. Our server was helping us seated at a high top in the bar, as well as tables in the main dining area. She seemed to handle all of it just fine, and was attentive to our needs. We will return soon."
