"the open table took a non-refundable payment for the reservation to be deducted from the bill of $100. but when the bill came, they had only deducted $50. they showed me in my bank app and then the open table app that was charged $100. If we hadn't noticed, they would have overwhelmed us. After giving us a hard time, the manager never came by to apologize for the inconvenience. really bad customer service."
