"The chocolates and candy at this restaurant are really good. However, I had a negative experience when I brought my 95-year-old mother-in-law here for her birthday. The young woman working at the counter made a thoughtless comment about my mother-in-law's age, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable and awkward. It seemed like the girl was having some sort of breakdown, and it definitely put a damper on our visit."
