"Food is great, but the service is lack-luster for take-out. I placed a take-out order this afternoon. Thirty minutes later someone came to where I was obviously waiting to ask what I was waiting for. I'd never been asked my name to go with the order. A new guy was starting, and it was more fun to chat with him than do their job. Four! Four people were behind the counter yacking it up instead of putting two and two together. Glad they had fun while I waited and waited. Why didn't I go to the counter and check on my order? Two reasons. One, I don't like to rush folks, and maybe they were training a new cook, too. Two, I wanted to see how long it would go on. Half an hour; that's how long."
