"I had reserved a table for a party of 8 people with the occasion being a birthday. When we arrive, the person greeting us was rude and claimed that he did not have my reservation in the book, without even checking. When he update the reservation list, my name pops up, and he rudely looked me in the face and said “ahhh, you made the reservation just now, didn’t you?” And then he continued to explain how we could see that the restaurant was busy and that he had been running around all day, not giving him the chance to even look at the reservations. He did nothing to try and fix the situation, he just stated that we would have to wait at least 45 minutes for a table."
