"I put an order around 1715 clock and said it would be ready within 20 minutes. I arrived about 30 minutes after my order. at the arrival I gave them my name and told me that my order was not finished; no problem. almost an hour and 15 minutes after my order and numerous pick-up orders picked up, I finally asked about the status of my order. I just ordered a meal. After the young lady went back and forth to the kitchen, she came back and had just begun to put my order together. everything I ordered was already prepared and nobody seemed to have my order card until they found it in the back. eating is amazing; but customer service and efficiency must be improved."

"I had a craving for Tapsilog during my lunch time at work. I figure I can order from this place since they were open and still served breakfast. Big mistake. Got my food delivered and everything was oily especially the tapa. The rice was hard. Its either uncooked or left over from an earlier time. Thats what I get for ordering breakfast during lunch time. Taste like the left overs heated up or re-cooked. Very disappointed. I really thought this place was good from reading the reviews. Something must have changed lately...."

"This restaurant is definitely the top choice for all your BBQ and lechon kawali cravings! The laing was also delicious that I ended up getting extra rice. The only downside is that the place could be cleaner so that customers can dine in and enjoy their meals while they are fresh and hot. Despite that, I will definitely be returning to this restaurant!"
