"We arrived around 11 PM, and the male bartender had his back turned to the customers for a good five minutes. The female bartender noticed my fiancé and me waiting, but instead of offering us service, she turned her back to chat with the male bartender. When she finally finished her conversation, she chose to serve the guests closest to her instead of us, despite our having been there first. As a result, it took over ten minutes for us to receive our first drink. Additionally, the game area was in a pretty disgusting state."
