"Not impressed at all. I'm a fan of food trucks and little greasy spoon joints, and I really love the marketing design, but it goes down hill from there. My kids and I went for our first time on a Saturday afternoon. The girl that took our order even asked if it was our first time, then just left it there. Not even sure why she asked. Didn't give us any direction or guidance in any way. Kind of odd. Anyway, I wanted to try a burger and some of their tacos, so I ordered both. My kids also ordered burgers. As many have stated, it was pretty pricy. We were one of four other small groups of people and they may have had some to go orders, as well. We waited quite awhile for our food considering the small number of customers. I would say 20 minutes. The interior is modest and cozy, but it was uncomfortably warm. The burgers aren't fresh. I was under the impression that they were, but they're not, and they are not seasoned well, if at all. It surprises me that they use better buns and condiments than they do the burger itself. Why not just hit it out of the park by making your own patties and seasoning them to perfection, rather than rounding to second base and never scoring. What a shame. The tacos are similar. Everything is good except the underseasoned meat. Tortillas could be made in house, but they are not. Spring mix lettuce isn't a good choice for tacos. Sauces are the bomb! The most disappointing thing is the value for your dollar. I could go to any full service restaurant and get better food for less money. For instance, I would not rate these burgers any higher than Red Robin's, and their tacos aren't better than any other taco truck down the road. For the money you could do better."
