"It had been a while since my wife and I had gone to a village in. We stopped by and honestly weren't expecting much since prior V.I's weren't all that great. The food was great and presented very well for a dine in, and the service we received from our waitress (Jody) was phenomenal! We never had to get our waitresses' attention. She always knew when to stop by and asked us what we needed every time. I can't speak for the experience of others or how it might be if someone is having a bad day but … – show"

"We met some friends from Shelbyville who like to meet us at non chain restaurants every couple of months. The last few restaurants we have been to were destroyed by the tornado so I picked a new location. We had the best service and delicious meals. The salmon spread was the best I've ever had. It is already decide that we are going to eat here again next time we get together. I am going to bring my girlfriends when we go out for their fabulous looking happy hour. Can't believe it took so long to try this restaurant!!"
