A tangy and sweet dessert with a buttery crust, topped with a smooth lemon filling and a light dusting of powdered sugar.

"The Salmon and Halibut plates were very good. Rib Eye Steak was on the tougher side of texture, not a melt in the mouth. Filet Mignon is a nice cut, texture and flavor. Mac and Cheese was a flavorful dish. Bar was noisy area."

"Based on a recommendation from our wedding photographer, without ever having visited the bakery, we ordered our cake from Jennivee’s — sight unseen. To our surprise and delight, it was absolutely the best wedding cake we’ve ever seen or tasted.Gabby was so incredibly responsive and helpful with our order, including a special request for a white cake board (vs the standard silver). They got every detail right, the price was competitive, the delivery was on time, and it was as delicious as it was beautiful. I can’t recommend Jennivee’s enough.PS we are, now, also big fans of their cupcakes and cake slices. The signature ube and cookies and cream flavors are our favorite!"

"Oh, I always look forward to a visit when I'm in the downtown Lee's Summit area! So excited for the new addition and new patio coming soon so we can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air! Today I got an oat milk rosemary pistachio latte, my goodness...it was heavenly! I'm not a fan of super sweet coffee drinks and this was absolutely perfect for my taste. I'm really diggin' the pistachio right now. So good!"

"This is a family lover every time we visit the mountains. The food is delicious and the staff is always friendly and outgoing. Must include: nachos, mozzarella sticks (you will not regret) and fried pickles. You really can't go wrong with something on the menu for dinner. Very relaxed and causal clothing with a lot of TV sports to watch"

"How long will Praline fly under the radar? The food is wonderful, you can hear yourself talk, and there is ample free parking. This time we shared a butternut squash salad (they are enormous) and enjoyed trout almondine and scallops on a mushroom risotto. Cocktails are tasty and the wine list is varied with unusually helpful notes. The dining tables are located upstairs surrounding an atrium with lots of open space, keeping noise down. Only a few minor flaws and a slow start marred the otherwise fine service. We were curious about the brunch menu, and after seeing it, decided we will not only have to come for brunch, we'll have to come more than once."

"No one there knows how to use Open Table, they either cancel your reservation or mark you as a no show. This has happened my last two times there. Our food took two hours to come out and we were told 2 more minutes and it was more like 10-15 more. Definitely still some logistical issues to work out."

"I've been here a few times and they always have quick, friendly service and big selection on their menu. They always have a selection of specials to choose from. Most recently I got their Morning Glory muffin which is like a carrot cake. It was so good I ordered 6 to go! Can't wait to go back and try more of their menu. I also got their seasonal salmon lox open faced omelette and house **** Mary."

"We hosted a corporate party at the Roof. It was spectacular! From the planning phase thru execution the professionalism and customer service skills are second to none. The venue itself is perfectly laid out with several cozy areas to meet and mingle as well as large standing areas for socializing and dancing. Not to mention the view of the city from the 27th floor! Never had to wait for a drink. Hostesses mingled through the room offering to get us drinks and passing appetizers and munchies. The staff was also able to accommodate us brining in our equipment for a big new product reveal. Food quality and quantity exceeded expectations. If you want to impress your guests, this is THE place to host an event in Chicago!"

"This is the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen!! The decorations for Christmas were absolutely lovely. The staff wore adorable outfits and were super friendly. All of the desserts were adorable and covered in glitter. It was like heaven. I got the Earl cake, $16 for a slice but I wanted to try it as I’ve heard good things. It was pretty good, had a mouse and a decent chocolate layer, and I think salt on the top and sides, but I think I’d prefer a different flavor over chocolate on chocolate personally. Overall wonderful experience and I would love to try more of the things they have! Will definitely come again! Ps Pro tip: you have to wait until the cake is no longer cold from the fridge to eat it really affects the texture and it tastes much better room temp in my opinion!"

"I was recommended this place for their delicious tea. I’m so glad I finally tried it. The tea was smooth and delicious and definitely worth it. Not only was the tea amazing but also the sweets! The set up of Open Door Tea was relaxing and I loved the little tea cups."

"We had a great lunch today. The staff was friendly and attentive. The menu is huge, and I believe they serve breakfast all day. We tried their blueberry lavender lemonade, the large mocha burger with fries, and a grilled ham and cheese sandwich with mac and cheese. All the food was delicious, but the cheesecakes, stubborn carrot cakes, and other bakery treats were outstanding. The restaurant has tables, chairs, booths, and cozy areas to gather with friends or host a family birthday party. I will definitely return!"

"we had heard mixed reviews of the Kenndy, including that it is particularly expensive. we don't find that true. it is elevated, and they pay for the quality of food and the environment, but it is certainly competitive with any fine restaurant in the upstate. other reviews have complained about small portion sizes, but we found them of medium size, with quality and we have been satisfied. there is a fresh view of the environment (we ate meal times in the building when it was another restaurant) with a feeling of kunstdeco. the dining areas could sound lively, but we had no difficulty entertaining ourselves at the table."

"Price $26 Service over avg cleanliness avg vibe chic, casual parking decent size back Los Orders the Yuki Spicy Tuna Burger with Fritten $26. Well... it's difficult to find a good solid but unique burger house. Unfortunately, 26 Beach is not one of them. Although it seems that they are based on the unique Sushi Burger, Kobe and other interesting articles, it seems best to avoid any Burger. IMO, if the Patty is thinner than the bungalow, the burger is not good. There are only one handful of crushed fats that are worth it and most of them are from the chain faster food compounds. The taste was decent to be only salty and very lightly juicy: but there was nothing special about the burger even on a spicy tuna topping. Imagine you run to a delicious smell and look for Burger-Patty eagerly waiting to bite into a thick savory and juicy patty, but then someone took a step on it and spicy tuna oozed out with the patty always squished thin. I know that sushi sounds frightening on meat, but even the patty and the topping itself needs a lot of work. I almost ordered the cove, but don't think it's worth it after this burger. The bungalow was sad VIP, which should be the other way from Patty. Brioche type that is fluffy, as say in a cloud with a slight repulsion, don't bite me. Fries are decent, but not good enough to recommend. They are the slightly crispy, but soft and gooshy insider kind. It's like you play-doh and the crust will be crisp. You know the times when you're expecting a good meal, but you had a subpar and now you're upset... that was one of those times. HOWEVER, their breakfast could be worth it, as I think, most of the Yelpers who have checked that ordered. I have ordered some of the other table items and the sandwiches DO look delicious. Stick with the sandwiches or in front breakfast items. There is a reason that seems to the menu at the front. Pastas are also dependent, but probably better to avoid for a main on 26 Beach. I intend to visit again and have the other recommended elements to possibly update my review to match the overall response. The interior has a chic and casual atmosphere. One of the best interiors with a Café Vibe. Many highly fashionable brand names and decor to fit. Selfie and insta friendly."
