"We just had a fantastic date at the Eagle’s Nest at the Prescott Resort. We had several cocktails from their offerings including the Bees Knees, Elote Lemonade and Higher Ground. They were all wonderful and well crafted. We shared the Brussels Sprouts, Crab Gratin and Arancini. Each was great but the arancini stood out, crispy on the outside and creamy inside. The tomato sauce it was served with a great surprise with harissa. We also tried the fish and chips Friday special. The cod was perfectly cooked and crisp, the fries well seasoned and the remoulade To.Die.For. Jordan took really great care of us. She was clearly well trained and so friendly. We finished with the cheesecake of the day and it was lovely. Prescott is sleeping on the Eagles Nest. The menu is well priced and approachable with elevated touches. And they have great happy hour."
