"I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for more than 5 years. I made a reservation for Father's Day, but neither OpenTable nor their website mentioned that they would only be serving a buffet at $45 per person. To make matters worse, the buffet only included BBQ meats, mashed potatoes, and macaroni and cheese at 10:30am. There were two vegetarians in our group who were unable to eat anything. We had expected a breakfast menu, but instead we left with a bill of over $200, including a mandatory gratuity that we were not informed about in advance. The only positive aspect was the customer service. I have eaten breakfast at this restaurant many times before, which is why I chose it for Father's Day. My guests came from various parts of the county to celebrate, and the experience was a major letdown."
