"When the previous GM was there, they tried to turn the store for the better. Food was great, services were excellent, open in time. Now they never have anything, they never open before 8/8:30 sometimes 9. Never have workers and the new GM is racist. The good workers are overworked and unhappy. Isn't there anyone monitoring this place? If I didn't know better, I'd think the new GM tried to finish the store. My family came to feed, we were informed by a wait (by short staff), when we were finally sitting and ordered, our food was basically raw. When we asked about the GM, we were finally informed that she was the cook for the day. It would be a waste of time to talk to her because she obviously didn't care how the food came from the kitchen. The 3 $10 burgers were raw, the 2 orders from Fritten were overcooked, and the Hash Browns came on the plate burned black on the top and uncooked on the bottom. It's like she cooked a side and just served it. Denny made a mistake. This was our almost daily restaurant, but this experience had an acidic taste in our mouth that we could not wash out! Please get it together before you lose big business! Our server tried to make it better, but the care must begin from above and not vice versa. How is it that the server supports more than the GM?"
