"I am thankful Bucky's casino addressed my concerns, regarding my less than stellar review. I do hope my honesty and thoughts will be addressed in some fashion, too bring back some allure, that seems to have been lost over the years. It does make me feel much better, that management cares about their guests. I do remember many years ago, the casino supplied comment cards, which I am sure they still provide. I had filled one out, pointing out the fact that the seats in the restaurant, on the third floor of the casino, were torn and missing some of the padding, which made sitting in the restaurant uncomfortable. I also felt this made the casino restaurant, look somewhat cheap, compared to the rest of the casino, which is always been very nice. I was surprised at my next visit, with my family, all of the seating and tables were new, and the Casino remodelled the entire restaurant. It was absolutely Beautiful. ? Eating dinner was far more pleasurable and extremely comfortable. My family and I had been frequent guests for many years, until my mother Joan passed away.
