"Look, I am not a connoisseur of all things delicious but I can cook a little bit. I also do know a beautiful thing and I do know when a thing is good. No one needs to hit me in the face for me to know a good thing. When I tell you the shrimp and grits are mind-blowing, I mean that. They were creamy, spicy, and cooked to perfection. They weren't fishy or overbearing and all the flavor notes were right where they needed to be. The chicken and waffles complemented each other very well. The waffles were soft on the inside and crisp on the outside. I was impressed. The only thing I will mention ever so lightly is that the Mimosas were on the sour side due to the oj.I also must mention that the owner is straight-up beautiful. He was very respectful and his customer service was impeccable. 10 stars darling. 10 stars."
