"6/10/22 Ben Jerry's is one of those stores you tend to past by at the (strip) mall. You know you want it, but the prices break the bank. They seem to get most busy after 6pm, before they close daily. The staff was kind and very fast to serve when they had a line today. They have two competing ice cream shops that are a bit more affordable: Sweet Shop right across the street Dairy Queen corner of Fairview Dr.. Both of which are run by kids so expect mistakes at the other locations."

"One of best Ben Jerry’s outlet in the US. Located inside the Rockefeller center, it’s very cozy and nicely decorated. They have a wide variety of flavors which makes it hard for one to pick. Best is to go for the large size so you get to try three different flavors and indulge is the mouthwatering taste, just like I did. You can easily taste the fresh milk and ingredients used to prepare the ice cream. Although there was a queue when place the order, the service was professional and timely."

"This little gem is nestled in the vintage shopping district of Rittenhouse Square. It gives the air of an old fashioned, quaint ice cream parlor splashed with modern goodness best of all being...THEY HAVE VEGAN ICE CREAM!! It's Super clean. In the BEST location. Ice cream to eat there and pints to go. Vegan Ben Jerry's ice cream is next level amazing! This shop is awesome bc they carry several vegan flavors that you can't buy anywhere else in town not even at grocery stores. The staff is amazing too! I left my bag in the shop one night and did not realize until after they closed, but I took a chance and I frantically called the store, just in case. AND the girl not only answered the phone after hours (rare! but she waited for me to come back to grab my bag even though that meant she had to stay late. Great local feel to this place!"

"I absolutely love this place! They offer my favorite ice cream with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. You can enjoy it on a brownie, in different cups, or in cones—so delicious! I had the bourbon butter flavor, which was loaded with chocolate chunks and did not disappoint at all. If I could indulge here regularly without worrying about gaining weight, I would be here every day. Unfortunately, it's one of those great spots I can only visit occasionally."

"I lived just a few blocks away from this Ben & Jerry's while I was in school, and I was really glad to have it nearby because I'm a huge ice cream fan, especially when it comes to Ben & Jerry's! Located on the famous Lark Street, it's surrounded by plenty of local restaurants, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a scoop of ice cream after a meal. "We have been getting birthday cakes from this location for years. You have the perfect amount of actual cake, which does not mean! They are always very accommodating and have a quick turn when I forget to place an order in time. This is the only place in Ann Arbor we go to celebrations and come to the store when we are in downtown. Your ice cream is so good. Can't recommend it enough."
