"We didn't end up eating, we left after minutes of being ignored and taking in the site of the restaurant. Super sad to say this too because my husband and I got engaged there nearly years ago and have been back a couple times a year ever since. We walked in and it looked like a hole in the wall. The benches were gone in the bar, I know they have been for awhile but they didn't bother repaint the wall where it was removed. There were tables against the window and a black curtain that covered up the main enterence. I'm sure that's because the main restaurant wasn't open yet but it looked terrible, just leave the current off. Who cares if you can see back there even though you're not sitting back there. There were two tables occupied and the other two tables were completely unbussed. We made a reservation, even though it was early, we thought it may get busy after the show at the Paramount. They were completely unprepared for ANY more customers other than the parties that were at tables one tall table by the bar and the folks sitting at the bar. Sign said see the bartender to be sat. We waited next to the bar for minutes and he never once made eye contact with us. That gave us time to look around and in disgust, my husband and I said at the same time lets go somewhere else. Heartbroken because of how much we've LOVED Dragonfish in the past, we left and went to Ruth's Cris. I'm not sure if it was an off night or if this is the future of Dragonfish. The place looked disgusting, unkept, untidy and like a dive bar. Had it been our first time there we would never be back"

"At 2 p.m., there were only 2 other diners in the restaurant besides the staff. When we arrived, I informed the waitress that I had made a reservation for 2 under my name. Although she acknowledged me, I was not confident that she would confirm my reservation through OpenTable. The main reason I chose this restaurant was because I could book a reservation using OpenTable. I had specified in my reservation note that I did not like cilantro and did not want it in any of my dishes. We ordered the spring rolls to share, which were extremely greasy. I also ordered the Pho #1 and asked if it contained cilantro. The waitress informed me that it did, but it could be omitted. However, when my dish arrived, there was cilantro on top. I brought this to the attention of the waitress who had taken my order, and she promptly apologized and took it back. I expressed my concern to my husband that I hoped they would not just remove the cilantro but instead prepare a new dish. The Pho was quickly returned to me, but as I began eating, I discovered a cilantro leaf and proceeded to find more pieces of cilantro. The waitress returned, and I showed her the cilantro I had removed. Apologizing once again, she took the Pho back for a second time. When she brought me a fresh bowl, the veggies were served on a separate plate. Unfortunately, by this point, I did not have enough time to finish my dish, as my husband had already completed his stir fry. I managed to eat about half of the Pho before we paid and left. Overall, I did not enjoy my lunch experience. None of it was exceptional, and I have had much better meals elsewhere. Therefore, I believe a rating of 3 stars was too generous for an average meal, and it should really be 2.5 stars."

"Our family of four a friend dined at this establishment yesterday, and unfortunately, we experienced severe food poisoning shortly after consuming the sushi. This resulted in the entire family, including our child, experiencing vomiting and other distressing symptoms. As a result, we were compelled to seek medical attention for our youngest as he wasn't keeping fluids down. The total bill for our meal, excluding gratuity, amounted to $150. In addition to the financial loss, we also incurred significant inconvenience, as both my spouse and I had to miss work and our children had to miss school. We brought this matter to the attention of the manager, who initially expressed regret and promised to rectify the situation by issuing a credit. However, upon further discussion, she informed us that the owner declined to authorize any form of compensation. The manager then suggested that we file a claim with their insurance company, implying that we lacked adequate insurance coverage. This suggestion was not only insensitive but also irrelevant, as we do have insurance. I expressed my confusion and disappointment regarding the conflicting information provided by the manager and emphasized the distress caused by this situation. It is disheartening that your establishment handles customer grievances in such a manner, especially when the issue stems from a clear oversight on your part. Do not recommend."
