"I go to both the Palo Alto location and sf. The service in sf is blah but you order at the counter anyway so no biggie. In Palo Alto the are friendlier. It’s like Chipotle but with Asian street food. Bowl, wrap, or salad choices. Sous vide egg is a great addition to anything. The wrap is a huge sticky kind of rice paper and I’ve heard some people turned off by it. Best eat this food hot as I’ve had it delivered and the magic was gone. Now, about those steamed pork buns. Maybe I’d request them for part of my last meal. Really! That good!"
