"We love District MOT/Saigon for its beautiful ambiance, delicious starters, well-crafted entrees, friendly service, and good value. However, during our recent visit, we experienced a small issue with the service. We ordered an extra portion of rice to go with our generous curry chicken, but it did not arrive promptly. After waiting for more than five minutes, we had to flag down a busy staff member to remind them of our request. Eventually, the rice dishes arrived more than 10 minutes after our initial request, and we were charged for both. Despite this small hiccup, overall it was a pleasant dining experience."

"I was very impressed with this restaurant. It may look like a fast-food place from the outside, but the food is definitely sit-down quality inside. We started with the Fried Tofu and Chicken Satay appetizers, which were served hot, crispy, and fresh. The tofu was surprisingly flavorful and not at all bland like at most places. The Satay skewers were perfectly cooked and came with an amazing peanut sauce. For my main course, I had the chicken yakisoba, which was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection - not oily or greasy. We also enjoyed some good unsweetened tea and received excellent service from our friendly and professional waitress. After playing mini golf next door, having dinner/late lunch here made for a perfect New Year's Day 2024 with my wife."

"I would give this place zero stars if I could. There's no customer service, and the staff is consistently unfriendly, no matter the time of day. The food is just average, and they seem to have no idea about their own hours. Even if the signage says they’re open, I’ve often found them closed in the middle of the day. Don’t waste your time here; there are better places to spend your money!"

"That's the best Thai food I've ever found. So fresh, simple and tasty. Perfect for carnivores and vegetarians alike. Prices and portions are fair. Do them a favor and pick it up yourself so that the delivery companies don't take their money. We even had a DoorDasher who stole our order, that's good. (Look at you, Shelby) The owner here is also very nice and friendly to its customers, showing them some local love!"

"All these reviews about poor service and issues with management or food quality are 100% false! Kenny, the owner, is almost always there and very friendly and accommodating. He usually has his wife and or daughter there as well and all are friendly and professional. The food is some of the best around, although a little more pricey, mainly due to the fact that Kenny uses only name brand ingredients instead of commercial grade kitchen warehouse ingredients. They have some of the best dishes, best cooks, and friendliest service you will find in this area for sushi. We have been going there for years and I can attest that the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere are top notch. You will not find better in this area, I know because I've eaten at every sushi restaurant in Newark and Wilmington."
