"The restaurant itself is beautiful but the serving staff, hosts, and kitchen staff DO NOT COMMUNICATE PROPERLY. We had dinner reservations 9:30. We were seated and had to wait almost 30minutes until the server came to take our DRINK order. We put in our drinks but told her we new what we wanted and she said she’d be right back. Another 30minutes goes by. We finally put in an appetizer order and once again she bolts and tells us she’ll be back for our dinner order. Another 30minutes goes by and it’s not almost 11pm, she comes back and we place our food order. She then comes back to us to tell us she’s sorry the kitchen CLOSED at 10:30……ummm yes and shouldn’t you have 1. Told us upon seating us kitchen is only open for dinner for another hour, 2. Why did she PURPOSELY procrastinate and not even take our dinner order until 11pm? This was an awful dining experience. The food we were able to order from the late night bar menu was DISGUSTING. This place is trying way to hard to be “fancy” and really cheap out on the brands they use. They use the most disgusting unsweetened Brie, they have the cheapest tasting champagne that’s THEIR BRAND and you can only get what they serve, the baguettes were overcooked and raw in some portions. The experience was just not the best. I had high expectations for this place but won’t be back and I don’t recommend it to anyone either. You’ll waste 200$ for bad food bad service and not even get napkins until you ask 10 times."
