"I used to frequent this location often and had no complaints. I visited a few weeks ago and left with an unpleasant experience and was done. Decided to give another shot but yea its not a coincidence to experience the same lack of customer service and quality has dropped but prices increased."

"I figured I'd try two different donuts (like completely different) both of them tasted like air and both were completely dry. They crumbled in the bag faster than a granola bar. This is marginally tasteful if you're a college student with no taste buds and need to run to class right next door, but afar from that it's a no. I'd prefer to give zero stars but I give 2, simply so this review can be seen.Not worth the money I paid for these donuts. I'd ask for a refund. but they probably want a tip on that too when they flip that pad around when you go to pay with card."
