"Our first experience was great, but the second time was terrible. We ordered food from the website and got an email back it was sent. Then another email about 10 minutes later the restaurant has not yet responded to the order and we need to call it. If I tell you we called about 20 times, I'm not even dramatic. It would only ring for a while and they would say the VM for faster service, order online THATS, which we in the FIRST PLACE. You could also talk to a man or send a voicemail to them. Of course they didn't answer, so let's say 1 we'd wait a little longer and then say a second about 30 minutes later, we didn't want our order anymore and don't want to be charged. This was a 2 hours ordeal of when we originally commissioned to get a hold of someone and continue to wait. ....Here we are 2 weeks later, we had forgotten (what was total on us) to check our credit card statement and just found out today WE WERE CHARGED. We also realized that we have never heard of someone, including the manager. I get you to be a busy restaurant, but it's ridiculous that you can't call us back the next day or answer the phone first. My husband just tried to call again and her voicemail is now full so you can't even leave a message. Now we have to deny our credit card. What a shame. Better."
