"I stopped by Kindred on a Thursday night for dinner; I arrived around 7:30 p.m. No one else was in the restaurant. There was one staff member, who greeted me. I asked if they were still open (their posted hours were until 9:00 p.m. and she said “for a little while longer.” I dined in, and ordered the Fried Mushrooms and Quinoa Salad. "The owner (Brett) and staff (all of them) are personable and quite accommodating in any way they are able to be. Whether you’re going for lunch, dinner, weekend brunch (personal favorite), Thursday night Karaoke, or just a place to drink and kick it alone or with friends, you’ll find any visit you make to Liberty Bar one of a more than satisfactory experience. Also, the level and quality of menu they serve is always on point, with homemade soups daily and a brunch that will absolutely keep you coming back. "For the first time ever I am disappointed in Bacon Bacon ?, I walked in to order a Porky Fries but saw a sign for The Bird sandwich with batter dipped deep fried bacon and I couldn't resist. Sadly it only had regular bacon, contrary to the picture and menu listing, and when I brought it up with the staff they swore to me there's no batter dipped bacon. Sad... Fix this issue owner, please. Would also like a Club option for this sandwich with lettuce and tomato instead of coleslaw and avocado."
