"Clearly a bad night at the office when both service and food suffered, seemingly because of a large private room booking which is no excuse. My Halibut was partially overcooked as prep was uneven; the veal chop was not a great piece of meat and as for the strawberry shortbread it was the worst ever just bread. A small point but should diners have to pour their own wine in a Michelin Star restaurant? I don't think so. All these points were raised with our waiter at the end of the evening. It would have been nice to get some acknowledgement from the restaurant subsequently."
