"Okay... E3... They 've been on my list since they opened but we just haven 't made time to go. I 'm glad we finally did and can confidently say that, based on my experience last night, this is one of the best steakhouses in Nashville. They have been open since November 2019, just before you know what, and had all the same struggles as everyone else in the service industry, but over the last six months or so they 've been able to make an incredible come back. A couple different GMs, a couple different chefs, etc, etc. That said, the team that is there last night absolutely seems to have their stuff together. We were able to meet several members of the staff and every single one of them was extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Service is obviously the driving factor here and it was, in every way possible, top notch. This is a high end restaurant and the experience, obviously, comes with a higher price tag. That said, there were several things I noticed during service that absolutely elevated the experience and made the cost worth it for us. One was the interaction of the staff with their guests. The section of the restaurant in which we were seated was basically in the middle of the room giving us rhe opportunity to see most of what was going on and from what I could tell everyone was well taken care of. For us personally, our server (Sofia and server assistant (Maria were both engaging and knowledgeable, table side exchanges with both Chef Steven and the sommelier (Dino were professional but friendly, and we also had an opportunity to meet the new GM (Michael who was beyond generous with his time and gave us a quick tour of the restaurant after dinner. There were a few other things like Sofia sharpening our steak knives at the table before presentation and Maria bringing a trolley to the table to box our leftovers that were just nice little extra touches that made the experience better and I personally enjoyed the entire evening. We will definitely return. (Oh... Complimentary valet parking is also available. Not having been, I was a little confused on how to get there, but trust your GPS. It was right and I didn 't listen. "I'm so glad I could visit this place personally. it was completely booked, so we sat at the bar, and I am so glad that we did. we met the amazing barkeeper Wei-Wei, who made great drinks and delivered good suggestions. the rest of the staff, including rebecca, and the customers were all cool. the brittle sprouts and the bao buns are really good. both seem very popular. almost everyone had one of them. it is a little expensive, but it is worth eating, drinks and people. it's a whole power! update: I had the banh mi the next day, so it doesn't look as pretty as the other dishes. it's good, but it's got a kick to him. if they don't like spicy good, I don't recommend to them to get this. update of the entry: I brought a friend here after I've been riding around this place for weeks. we sat in the escort, and our server was not very attentive, even after several try to get their attention. my friend noticed how they were very attentive to another table (may perhaps be a known one).) there was a problem with our order, and we had to get the information from another server because our never said anything to us. in the grunde our meal came before our appetizers. I had an idea first because our server said the table that they were so attentive. so or so, it made a bad taste in the mouth of my friend, and I was embarrassed. we ended our party early. I'll come back and I asked my friend to come back, but we'll be sitting on the bar now. I wish I could take off my assessment half a star, but I had to go down a full star because of the system. about eating, the bao buns were good. the kartoffelgnocchi was good, but it is very small. for it was a composition (worship,) it was quite small. the oyster mushroom calamari was fair, but my friend enjoyed it. I would not recommend the mac cheese if there were so many better options on the menu. updated by the previous review on 2022-05-06"

"The ambiance is definitely classy and upscale so I expect so much more from this restaurant. Customer service was a bit lacking. The waiter seems like he was new and was forgetting to ask basic things like asking how I wanted my steak cooked before walking off. It was a very weird vibe that I couldn't put my finger on. The food was mediocre. The Petite filet was dry, over cooked and under seasoned. The cognac sauce and potatoes it came with were a delicious though. The Risotto faired a bit better and was actually very tasty with the scallops and shrimp. The NY strip was seasoned well and had the best potatoes of all 3 steak dishes. The shrimp cocktail was good as well and the cocktail sauce seemed freshly made. The salmon roll had no structural integrity. It presented well but basically crumbled as soon as it was picked up. It also sat for a bit and had gotten warm. But now to the wonderfully presented Heaven's Sakura, a $17 drink. The drink's presentation is gorgeous and you just know it's gonna be amazing...yea no. This drink either needs to be taken back to the drawing board or removed from the menu forever. This drink was DISGUSTING and was only finished because it was $17. It tasted like a drink you would mix as a kid on a dare. The crunch bar was the only thing on the menu I truly enjoyed it was delicious! I don't think I will be coming back since first impressions are everything and Gerrard's didn't pass the vibe check."
