"If you're looking for a quick bite with alot of flavor, stop by. The food is always hot and fresh, the staff are friendly and accomodating and the space is clean and well kept there are even some loose tables and chairs you can move around if you have a larger group and want to sit together. The atmosphere is fine but it's super simple so there isn't anything particularly entertaining if you have kids that need something to kept their attention but if you're not planning to make an outing out of it then you should be fine. Just a heads up that the driveway is actually immediately following the restaurant, not before it"

"It seems to take more than usual for me to order quick food from this place thru the app. My last order lasted 18 minutes to fill an order for a $5 shrimp deal (8 butterfly shrimp fries biscuit) and when I got it home I found it a handful of popcorn shrimps instead of the advertised 8 butterfly shrimps. There is never a long line to place an order, but many people standing around are waiting for their number to be called. Seems strange as you're sitting once SEE the cook in the back over the gigantic panties of prepared foods, ready and wait to be boxed and served, but for some reason app orders just don't seem to get noticed until you actually go to pick them up. Outside of it the location is clean, convenient, parking is easy (no drive-thru though) and the food is good. I only wish that the staff would not make it a habit that ALL would turn their back on the counter at the same time and act as no one stands there to ask some napkins or try to pick up their order. I've experienced this so often that I'm joking with others who can't believe they're so obviously ignored."

"The service here is quicker, and the food is fresh and delicious compared to typical fast food. The staff in Queens are friendlier and more attentive than those at the Brooklyn location of Popeyes. I will definitely visit again!"

"First , while taking my order I was being rushed. However he didn't ask what we wanted to drink or what sauce we wanted with our nuggets. Once we get your food, it got better. Our two meals were put into a big bag. In this bag, we had a biscuit barely wrapped with paper, just thrown in. The fries were located in the bottom of a paper bag, our sides were UPSIDE-DOWN. We decided to check the meals at this point. Now one meal we got were chicken nuggets, however 3 of them 11) were the size of a quarter. They were less than 1/3 the size of the others. If you are selling by the piece of chicken, shouldn't that chicken be good. Not the side pieces that were left in the basket to long and you just wanted to get rid of them. I paid around 90 cents per nugget.......why am I getting pieces that aren't nuggets?????????"
