"I ordered through the app and received a text that says that my eating would arrive at 9:10. at 8:30 a.m. I got another text that claimed to be the delivery driver as well as a call that said the driver was in my car. I went out right away, but there was no driver. I called the number back and the driver answered, but we had difficulty communicating, but the driver could not confirm my address. I spoke several times with the restaurant and the driver in the next hour. at about 10:00, an hour after the restaurant closed, I received another text that said another driver approached. I was outside, but no driver was there. the app updated that my order was delivered. I have never received my order and I am over $75, including eating, delivery fees and the tip. it was several days and I did not receive any refund from popeyes. I will never use the popeyes app or food from this location order fir delivery again."
