"the service was terrible. After I sat for 15 minutes without water, I flag a waitress and asked her if she would serve us. she appeared overwhelmed and reluctant. the restaurant was less than half full, but the staff appeared overwhelmed. after my order I waited for 15 minutes for the suppe and the salat. I also waited for at least 15 minutes after I had finished the salat for my entrée, and finally someone jumped down to ask where he was. it finally came, but the steak teriyaki was overwhelmed and hard. I have often eaten there and never had such a bad service or a bad meal."
