"Visited The Manship Wood Fired Kitchen for dinner, Dustin set me up with a beer and took my order. Appreciated the fact he told me I could get a half-sized salad versus the full wedge. I must say, this was the absolute BEST wedge salad I've ever enjoyed...wished I had ordered the full size option {sigh}. The Steak Sandwich was OK, nothing really exciting and the large chunks of steak made it difficult to enjoy the sandwich. The horseradish sauce was a nice compliment, not overpowering. I was not a fan of the fries, the kitchen went overboard with the Truffle Salt and it overwhelmed them. Overall a nice meal and the service was excellent. If I lived in Jackson I would frequent this spot!"

"Beautiful place, phenomenal food! Huge portions. We did feel very rushed by the waitress. We were still eating as the waitstaff asked to wrap up our food for take home and at the same time handed us a dessert menu. We had to ask them to please slow down and let us finish. Otherwise definitely a 5 star restaurant!!! Will ALWAYS return!"

"What an amazing place and such a delicious meal!! The restaurant is all the way downtown and the area around it is nice but not crowded if you go during the weekend. One major nit was that their outdoor patio is well heated but not properly setup. My chair was at the edge of the opening and had to have my jacket on during dinner the entire time. With that said, everything else was perfect. I really liked the touch of an on table taste of the wine to confirm that?s the one we want. My wife tried a few before settling on her wine. For appetizers we got the arancini (5/5), polenta (4/5) and they served us the house sesame bread. Everything was amazing and I could eat 10 more of the arancini. The calabrese pepper sauce that comes with the arancini is sooo good. I dipped everything in it. I generally rate Italian places with how well them make their pasta al dente and how well they make cacio e Pepe. While the restaurant passed on creativity and texture on the candele pasta, I wished for more thicker of a sauce and the pasta was a bit too heavy on the pepper for my liking. Overall it?s still a solid dish and I?d give it a 5/5. For dessert we got the seasonal persimmon jam pie which was super thin and flavorful. I loved the addition of a HEAVY cream dollop that helped balance out the flavors. Highly recommend!"

The manager Shauna was delightful, dressed extremely festive for the holidays so it added some extra charm to the ambiance. She even helped sing happy birthday with our celebration. "We went there the night before Thanksgiving and it was a great dinner. The appetizer, roasted Calamari, was good, but a large part of it was just roasted Jalapenos. My duck was the whole fish, and I loved him. The meat was tender and the skin was beautiful and crispy. My friend also enjoyed his risotto with scallops like add on. They gave quite a lot of scallops for a good price. For dessert we got the baked Alaska as dessert and it was huge."

"Iâve dined at this Cucina many times before and have typically had a good experience. Our larger group got seated right away and had service quickly which was nice and appreciated. Iâm doing a dairy free diet and scoped out the menu beforehand to see what options I had. I was excited about the beet salad entree and hummus appetizer, and was disappointed to find out the hummus was the one item they were out of. We asked to order some bread so Iâd have something else to munch on. It came covered in cheese. Our server was ok but didnât refill waters the two hours we were there and the portion sizes were very small. I wouldnât recommend for anyone dairy free as there arenât enough options in my opinion, especially when theyâre out of things."

"Been here 10+ times. Waitress Insisted there was no kale Cesar. Gave me the wrong one, was just irritating because she was so quick to say there wasn't one. I also asked if there was a slice of pizza order option for my kid, she just said no and didn't offer a kids pizza. Just lazy"

"This charming restaurant offers excellent service, a diverse menu, and an extensive wine selection that may be a bit pricey for some. The standout dish was the Veal Loin Scaloppine, prepared in a Piccata style with a flavorful lemon caper butter sauce, creamy potato puree, and garlic spinach. The Fig Salad was also impressive, featuring fresh greens, crispy pancetta, and mild blue cheese, though we wished for more marinated figs. The Lobster Ravioli was tasty but overshadowed by a strong mushroom sauce. With careful dish selection and a few glasses of wine, a meal here can be affordable."

"Our service and our server Danielle was amazing! She was very fun and friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She was able to assist us along the way in making our menu choices iambs was probably one of the very best waitresses that we have ever had to be quite honest. The restaurant was peaceful the atmosphere was beautiful, and I would definitely make future plans to return again."

"I liked the Valentina and Vulcano pizzas both, great flavor, wish maybe a few more jalapeños on the Vulcano bc it really didn't have much spice to it. The crust was very chewy which seems to be a reoccurring theme. The mixed baby green salad is normally great but this time overdressed with olive oil so we had to force ourselves to get it down."

"knochen in ribeye was very average with not much taste, I would have known that the soße was tasted about it, I would have asked to be served on the side. the porterhouse of friends tasted better. the appetizers were underwhelming, bark meat tare was just a little bit and the crabcakes tasted like frozen eating. overall, not the best steak restaurant I would return quickly anytime."

"Been going to Peppers here and there for my entire life. Always worth it. Always great food. They have a great family there and I've always enjoyed bringing friends, both local and from out of town, there and they've always enjoyed it. I've always been made to feel welcome and valued. If you happen to have a bad experience there well one, it happens everywhere every once and a while and two, the Peppers Team is always accommodating and has in my experience always righted any wrongs to the best of their ability and that's more than you can ask for. It's a great lively place and with their dining rooms available for large parties and available for rent it can really accommodate any party of people. The bar area has a great lively feel and the restaurant area is always nice and quieter for guests who prefer that on such a night. The owner Sal is a great man and I've had the pleasure through my parents to get to know him and I know he cares much, not only about his businesses but about the community. I have endless great things to say about Peppers!!"

"We randomly stopped in here yesterday on our way to Central Park to walk to The Met. The hot and cold bars were fantastic. The roasted carrot and arugula salad was my favorite. My wife enjoyed fried chicken and a cold pasta salad. The sliced fresh fruit from the bar was spectacularly flavorful and fresh. The man who checked us out was kind and very hospitable he made sure we had everything we needed to dine in. Thank you!"
