"I decided to give this restaurant a chance despite its 3.4 rating, hoping that the view would be nice. Unfortunately, they did not value our customer request for a special occasion. We were told to come back the following week for them to accommodate our request. We came on February 15th, not Valentine's Day, but they still had a Valentine's menu, which we understood. Our anniversary is very important to us, and we asked for a dessert with "Happy Anniversary" written on it to make the day extra special for my partner. We were willing to pay extra for this request, but were met with sarcasm from one of the workers who told us to come back next week. Next week is no longer our anniversary, and we were disappointed that our specific reservation date was not honored. If we had known our request would not be accommodated, we would have chosen a different restaurant that values its customers better."
