"The host acted very nicely, the ambiance was pleasant. But the service and food were awful: we waited for about 20 minutes before anyone approached our table (after we called them). My friend ordered a glass of red wine and had to send it back as it was spoiled: tasted like vinegar. We waited very long for our food to arrive after placing our order."
