"I would avoid this place as I felt ripped off when I got to my destination for lunch. Three small barely seasoned ribs that were also cold literally out of the fridge cold, soft chewy fried okra, the hot link was decent but it's hard to screw up prepackaged meat. Skip this and go to Delano it's twice the food, 10 times the flavor and the same cost."

"I have been a vegetarian for over eight years and have never eaten any meat during that time. Unfortunately, due to a careless employee at Shake Shack, I ended up accidentally consuming a bite of beef. I ordered the veggie black bean burger and became physically ill as a result. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to Shake Shack, especially for those with dietary restrictions. The lack of care on their part was unacceptable. Despite reaching out to them, I received a refund and a $15 voucher, which does not make up for the betrayal of my vegetarian lifestyle. I will not be going back to Shake Shack, as my health and values are more important to me than a simple apology."
