"Not sure how this place have such a high rating. Food is tasteless, service is really bad and is over price. Plates are really small, even for a kid, an adult plate is not enough for a kid, the food taste bad, the servers take their time to come to the table and always with an attitude. Besides been over price they charge you 20% for service.... they said for our convenience, but is for their convenience. May be thats why the servers give you a bad service, because they know, no matter how bad or good is it, they'll charge 20%. In places that they don't charge upfront for the tip, the servers work hard ti give you the best service they can offer, because they get tip according with their services. On top of that on the ticket they try to ask you for more tip... additional tip... if you don't put anything there, this is not mandatory as you already been charge with 20% of the bill, they go mad, as we where leaving the place, our server told another... they didn't leave tip. I turn and went to him... excuse me? You already charge me 20% for tips... he said, yes but that b share with all the staff... I told him that is not my problem ro tall to the owners... terrible place, bad food, and horrible service... Perricones is not far and way better."
