"I give five stars for the staff and the location, but only two stars for the bagel, so my overall rating is about three stars. I’m not sure if it was just the flagel I ordered, but it was quite hard. The cream cheese spread was good, but the bagel itself didn’t meet my expectations. I’d like to try a regular bagel next time to see if there's a difference."
