"Been coming here for years. Sad to report that this place has gone downhill. Tried to order a bagel without cheese but the cashier did not enter it correctly. I noticed it after the fact and reported it after about 7 minutes. Waited an additional 17 minutes before I gave up. No biggie but I only get 30 minutes for lunch and had waited 24 minutes so I asked for a refund. Manager, Salvador then hears this and starts making excuses. Tells me it's my fault cause I did not order correctly. I acknowledge that an error was made. I am just not sure it was mine. As I felt I clearly said no cheese. I was more upset by the manager saying it was my fault. I was kind when I asked for my refund and in no way was rude it disrespectful to the cashier. I just needed to get back to work. Salvador then offered to still give me the food. But I said no. He then laughed and told me people are starving on the street And I should take it. But I don't think he understood that I did not want to continue to wait. As I needed to get back to work. Really disappointed in how I was treated. Local businesses need and deserve our support, but they also need to provide good service. You lost a long time customer today."

"I had a Meaty Cali Bagglewich and an order of hasbrowns. The sandwich was a bit under toasted, Luke warm and bland, while the hash brown where not only cold and severely over cooked, the portion was just sad, as all six fit into a sauce cup."

"The food is good but the prices are ridiculously high for sandwiches on the small side. A turkey club is $13.99. But it's not a large turkey club. It's the size of a regular sandwich cut in 4 pieces. If you want a great turkey club try Coopers Tavern in Edgewater. You'll be hard pressed to eat it all."

"An absolute staple in Buffalo. The owners put so much pride into their food and it really shows. We had their mushroom soup as well as chicken noodle. They were both so delicious, warm, and comforting. Then we had the chicken philly which had a wonderful flavor and bite. Last we had the tuna salad pita which had the freshest veggies including alfalfa sprouts that could've been harvested that day they were so fresh. "I have ordered delivery from this restaurant multiple times, and each time has been fantastic. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing, and the egg salad sandwich and chicken shawarma are delicious homemade options on the menu. They really stand out from other lunch spots in Buffalo. The ingredients are very fresh, the sauces and dressings appear to be homemade, and the presentation is well done even for takeout items. The quality and portion sizes are excellent for the price. I am happy to have found this restaurant and will continue to order from them when I want a tasty and affordable lunch. Unfortunately, we ate everything too quickly to take photos!"
