"We visited this restaurant for a casual dinner and found the atmosphere to be cozy and relaxed. I ordered a delicious Cobb salad while my husband opted for the wings. Our server was friendly and gave us great attention. Our only issue was that the iced tea had a strange taste, but we understand that this is primarily a bar and not known for its tea selection."

"The place is fantastic ... a Covid adjusted combined menu of East 15 and Tcqueville, while seafood sushi heavy allow for sufficient breadth for all palates. The food is as good as it has been for the last 20 years since opening and on top of that they created a tasteful outdoor area which makes you forget that you are eating in the street. Staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable so there is really nothing left to desire."

"Rey was a great waiter. Beet salad was divine, perfectly prepared lamb. My husbands ribeye wasn’t quite as tender as you might expect for the price, but still delicious."

"What's not to love?? Everybody loves a bomb handroll. I love chatting with the guys behind the counter, and everything is sugarfish quality but at much more everyday prices. If there's no wait, this is a super quick, super easy, in and out way to grab a great meal."

"My husband and I went to Oak Thursday, March 8th for his birthday. I selected this restaurant because of the reviews and some word of mouth. I had no idea how far it would exceed my expectations. I actually stopped by a few hours before my reservations with a car full of balloons and pulled through to the valet and told him I had a reservation later but wanted to drop off the balloons now. The valet got the manager and he poked a little fun at me and took the balloons and said don’t worry we got it. Our reservation was at 7:15 we got there around 6:50p. The hostess gave me a wink and said go to the bar and we will get your table ready. The manager came by while we were at the bar to introduce himself and told us about the various cuts of meat and flavor. It was exciting because we generally eat vegetarian and vegan at home for health reasons but my husband loves steak and chicken. My husband asked if they had a chicken and steak combination he said no but he would figure something out. Oh Boy did he figure it out; red carpet style. They created a fried chicken appetizer just for him and I had the crab cake and the server added several things for us to try, each dish being more exquisite than the last. My husband had the bone-in filet, I had the 8oz filet both prepared medium rare yummmmm so good, just perfect. Service from the valet to the server was impeccable. Food and drinks were amazing. We came in as customers and left as friends. Thank you for making us feel like we were royalty."

"that was the best culinary experience I had for a long time. it was also really great because I took business customers here and it was an amazing experience for all of us. a part of the fun was the culinary adventure we have made. we had a buzz bud (sp. (a edible flower with our cocktail, which was like pop rocks in your mouth to open your taste buds, felt like we had tasted together! then all the plates we ordered were incredibly delicious. on our guests was vegetarian and we found a lot for them to enjoy. our favourite dish was the sea bass (for the not veggies). we came there a little early, so it was quite quiet, but since the place was filled up it was more difficult to hear each other."

"Food was superb, staff was wonderfully friendly, helpful at picking the best place to even sit knowledgeable about the menu — they collectively understand the meaning of hospitality (which I feel like is less and less common), scene/atmosphere is elevated but not stuffy. Relaxed and fun, delicious and sophisticated, top-notch playlist all evening a cute little view. Dietary restrictions: Kindly modified food requests based on restriction/preference."

"Came to Denver for fun last weekend, and this was our splurge meal for the trip. I loved the area that Acorn was in part of a larger building and collective think stylish coffee shops and small vendors. We were able to get a same day (albeit, late) reservation for 8:45pm on a Friday evening. We were seated quickly but service was very slow. Maybe 10 15 minutes in between each check in, like our order of drinks and then our order of food. With the pace aside, we really enjoyed our meal. Presentation is gorgeous and the dishes were very tasty. Here 's what we ordered for 2 people to share: Kale Apple Salad Wagyu Beef Tartare (a must get) Mussels Clams (and extra bread for dipping) Jimmy Red Grits Pistachio Diplomat for dessert Kale Apple salad was chopped finely and seasoned very well. Odd and tough chewy bits were removed, and each thin sliver was coated in an even layer of tart vinaigrette. Definitely pricey for such a simple and petite salad, but this was one of my favorite dishes because it was light and straightforward. Now, my favorite dish, was definitely the Wagyu Tartare. Stunning presentation, very fresh meat, and salty and tasty. Mussels and Clams were good, I feel like this is always such a hit or miss at restaurants, and I would say it 's prepared pretty well here. Broth was savory and we followed our server 's recommendation for ordering an extra plate of bread to dip. The toasty bread actually stood out to me the most our server explained that the pieces are swiped with saffron. Jimmy red grits came in an unassuming small bowl of what looked like gravy. Hardly any texture, flat top, no curb appeal. But the flavor was so rich and decadent. Pretty cheesy and honestly made my stomach hurt it 's a heavy one. Pistachio dessert really was not a fan of this one. It 's a lemon cake made with rose water that was a bit too floral and nauseatingly sweet for my taste. Dunked in a thick green pistachio cream, cake underneath was slightly stale and crummy. I would recommend trying a different dessert. All in all, a bit pricey (cocktails are around the $16 range), but a fun experience. We were there for almost 2 hours. Love the decor and the music."

"this place is beautiful and we had high expectations to visit our breakfast with santa. eating was okay, but they didn't serve much at a time. the visit with the Christmas man was great, as we once were with him in a remote room. the service was quite bad. our coffee was cold and the server did not come back to check us for drinks 1 hour. we asked for more coffee, but she came back without the coffee after another drink order. we asked for coffee again and she brought it, but it's not hot again. total the plots/buildings are very nice, but not sure if we would spend $28 pp on the basis of food and service."

"Service was very good. Food came out quickly. Everything was good, nothing was outstanding. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back there just for dinner, but if I was at Bear mountain and was hungry, I would definitely eat there again."

"Great vibe, but couple things... The half chicken I ordered was far too citrus-y and dry. The potatoes were bomb though. When we asked to break a $50 bill, we counted the cash getting ready to leave a tip and the server walked over seeing us count our cash and said "I think I gave you change for a $40 not 50 "She was correct. This seemed shady as there is no such thing as a $40 bill.Would she have admitted she didn 't give us enough change if she didn 't see us counting it?Gave me a bad taste in my mouth to go with the half chicken.5* for vibe2* for food"

"During a recent visit to a dear friend, whom I’ve known for decades through my volunteer work with the PGA of America Committees, he took us to one of his favorite restaurants near his home north of New Orleans. Overlooking the water and offering views of Tim McGraw and Faith Hill's residence and yacht, Tchefuncte's Restaurant is a culinary delight that will please any discerning foodie. Our server, Michael, expertly guided us through a selection of dishes, starting with a caviar appetizer accompanied by small potato pancakes, followed by tuna tartare bites and a roasted beet salad. For our main courses, we savored Chilean sea bass and red snapper, both of which were outstanding. The highlight, however, was the praline pecan cake dessert paired with a rich scoop of chocolate almond ice cream. This place truly deserves 5-plus stars!"

"Not quite sure why when I selected “indoor seating” on Open Table I was shown to an outside seat when we arrived (restaurant was almost empty as well). When I explained to the hostess that I had requested indoor seating, she asked if I had done this on Open Table and they often don’t see these requests?? Not sure how every one else is reserving a table at their restaurant? Seems like the only option online is Open Table. I book reservations on this all the time and never have this problem anywhere else. Seems like there is ALWAYS some issue with the hostess and seating at this restaurant. Frustrating."

"Excellent salumi quality, nothing special with the pasta dishes, veal was better. Dessert trio is good. Parking is a REAL nightmare in the midtown location, better go to Coral Gables. Good example but not spectacular. Would consider other choices before going back!"

"Today was my first, but not my last, visit to Pinea. The view of the Washington Monument was lovely and the staff could not have been more attentive. The salad was fresh and presented beautifully with the just the right amount of a light dressing to enhance, but not mask the taste of the greens. The mushroom risotto was exquisite creamy, flavorful and rich. Not exactly for those on a diet, but what a way to gain a pound. I'll be back."

"Hostess was very rude we were there 1/15 at 7:30 pm. And we sat at the bar as we arrived early at 6:40, then Hostess cake to the bar to rush us to our table at around 6:55. Then when she sat us at our table she was very adamant that we could only stay 90 minutes. Her vibe and approach I was very demeaning."

"We had the sweet potato bisque, scallops a pricey appetizer!, and crème brulee for dessert. We shared the scallops, which were very fresh and paired with spaghetti squash. The dessert was perfect but best of all was our server Theo, who ensured we were able to complete a leisurely meal and depart in time for the curtain for Giovanni"
