"I’m not sure where the fault lies here, but we made a reservation at Gatsby’s for my 70th birthday on October 7 at 2 PM though we live in Westchester, I knew that was where I wanted to be on my 70th. Open Table confirmed the reservation and subsequently texted me twice to be sure we were coming. We drove from Westchester, arrived and found the restaurant CLOSED. How did Open Table and Gatsby’s allow me to make a reservation on a day the restaurant was closed?"
