"They never adjust the wait times on the Doordash tablet, so I could be waiting for who knows how long if the restaurant is busy, and the order gets lost in the shuffle. Every other restaurant in GF adjusts the time for drivers so that they’re assigned the order once it’s ready, and not waiting 15-20 minutes while they have an order from another restaurant in the car. I’ve tried explaining this to them while I’m waiting there, but it falls on deaf ears.They don’t even wrap/seal their bags shut for drivers either. I’ve picked up from here in the past when a customer orders nachos, and they literally hand you a wide open paper bag of nachos inside a wide open plastic bag? This place has 0 Doordash “etiquette”"
