My wife pointed out that we didn’t all have the same burgers! Instead of the Royal Crispy Chicken Bacon Cheeseburger I ordered, my family received what appeared to be the Royal BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, while mine lacked both bacon and cheese and also had two bottom buns instead of a top and bottom!
Feeling frustrated and still hungry, I called the restaurant to explain the situation. The staff asked for my name and phone number, and then told me I needed to return the half-eaten food for a refund or to complete my order. I explained that I couldn't come back that day, but they insisted there was nothing they could do without returning the food. It felt like my time, money, and the gas it took to get there didn't matter. I left feeling very disappointed that they made no effort to resolve the situation. Overall, I had high hopes for this meal, but it turned out to be a frustrating experience."
