"I wanted to try this place, and I finally took my family to eat and just let me say I won't go back. our server kelsey looked worried that she had to take our order. it took about 20 minutes to recognize my family and I and then took our drink order (4 so bier.) that lasted 20 minutes. as far as our meal is concerned, it has another lady (hispanic lady) brings us our food. not even she came after us to see if we needed a refill or something else. if it were possible to give zero stars, I would do it, but to leave/post an evaluation I had to give them a star. everyone who goes to gallaghers and they have kelsey as the server guard that they added to their tipp on my credit card. our total came to $67.06 and I gave her a $10 tip, which is more then I wanted, so the sum that should be charged should be $77.06 I checked my credit card transaction because I had a feeling that kelsey would pull something like this. my credit card was $86.06 and not the $77.06 I signed."
