"This location is the closest fast food restaurant to my home, I 've been annoyed in the past with them because they offer 10% off to taxi drivers but not to Uber drivers which I am. This morning was the worst experience ever, we took our dog for a big walk through UNLV and on our way home stopped to get breakfast at Jack in the box. Usually use the drive through but we were walking, the sign at the door says open 5am to 10pm, but the door was locked so I went to the drive thru and asked what time they opened, his answer was when his cashier finishes counting her drawer , so I asked him what time would that be? He answered in about 10 minutes, 7am. So we waited patiently but it did not open at 7am, so back to the drive thru I went. I asked him again what time they were going to open? A woman answered me that it would be at least another 15 minutes. I told him that was not acceptable, he should have told me that the first time I asked, he then closed the window on me, OMG, really that 's the rudest, worst customer service I ever got, I can 't believe he closed the window on me. Needless to say I left very upset that I was treated that way, will never ever visit any Jack in the Box again, thankfully Chick-fil-A is opening soon around the corner."
