"To be honest, we didn’t even go in and try the food. The restaurant despite its stellar reviews is in a somewhat sketchy part of town in a strip mall. From how degraded, rundown and filthy the outside was, we were very fearful of how clean the inside was. I mean the windows, glass doors etc. were grimy inside and out, the entrance door was crudy, and hadn’t seen a new coat of paint in what appeared to be decades based on the peeling paint. We were traveling from out of town and were excited to try this place based on the reviews. Again, we didn’t go in, because we figured if the owner took no pride in the appearance of his exterior, how much pride did he really take in his food and/or food safety protocols."
