"Beautiful restaurant with a great vibe. Great customer service. Overall a pleasant experience. For appetizers we ordered the tuna tartare, grilled octopus and calamari fritter. The tuna tartare was bland and unimpressive. It did taste fresh. The grilled octopus was out of this world. A perfect combination of the grill flavor with lemon. Perfectly cooked and tasty. The best plate of the night. The calamari were very tasty but salty. A little less salt and it would stand out. For dinner we had the ribeye. We ordered it medium but some areas of the ribeye were rare. It comes with potatoes and asparagus. The potatoes were a bit dry with only bacon and feta cheese. We also had the mushroom ravioli with shrimp. Great taste although it can improve. The desserts were wonderful. The creme brulee was awesome, tasty and full of flavor. The tiramisu was outstanding. Due to the tuna tartare and the calamari I am giving them 4.5 stars although Google only let me pick either a 4 or 5."

A cosmopolitan is supposed to be cloudy and taste great with hints of freshly squeezed lime juice and a hint of syrup... a cosmo doesn't taste like 90% cranberry juice and 10% vodka. What kind of bartender does that?"

"One of the worst dining experiences I have had in NYC in the last 10 years! The restaurant was not busy, but it took 30 minutes to get menus and water. The server seemed hungover, and I suspect the manager was drunk as he smelled like alcohol. Everything we ordered was cold. We ordered a burger cooked well-done, but it came out raw. When we asked for coffee, it took 30 minutes for the server to check on it, then another 15 minutes to tell us it would be made, and finally another 15 minutes to inform us that the coffee machine was broken. To make matters worse, a 22% gratuity was added to the bill."

A runner brought the food, no refills on drinks or checking to see if everything was ok. They put a mandatory 18% tip on all checks, so apparently they don’t care. Won’t be back (Miami Beach local here)."

"Amazing service and food! We had the seafood variety appetizer, the ocean roll, and crab legs with dessert. Julie took care of us and did an excellent job! The hostess were so sweet and also were very welcoming and inviting when we walked in. And we had the best spot for dinner with a table outside . Highly recommend (ask for Julie! and we will be going back."

"my friends and went to the brunch. the eating was great, but the service was missing (at least to say) not sure how, but they managed to screw everything conceivable (and unimaginable). they even managed to serve our food while we forget the utensils so we sat there as our food became cold, while nobody could get us knife and fork. they managed to ask themselves how our food was. we then asked for more (for the second time) anyway, they needed good 5 minutes to bring it to us. quite amazing considering that the place was half empty."

"We both had the Jamison's burger with the shot. The burger was cooked perfectly. Service was great. My only issue arose after we left. I received an email from OpenTable inquiring why my party was a no show for the reservation. Well, because when we arrived and said we were there for our 6:30, then didn't bother checking. Bottom line I'll go back to Rare, but next I'm calling in the reservation. I'm done with using OpenTable."

"we were there on Wednesday night and it was quite alive. I was not so hungry and had a garnel role. it was very tasty and hit the place. my man had the seafood poutins and he really enjoyed all the wonderful aromas. there were bigger parties around us, so I had to notice all fabulous seafood tablets that were shared. oyster plates, lobster plates, garnel plates (I wish I sat with them) service was attentive and friendly."
