"One of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. Brought salad before appetizers which took forever. Manager apologized and said the chef didn't like the small of the fried calamari and did them over. Said no charge because of the wait. Food finally arrived. Crab cakes, salmon, and ribs were OK. 2 people ordered medium burgers which were well done. Sent back. After long wait, replacements were well done too. We ordered a $42 bottle of wine but were charged for an $86 bottle. Server was perplexed. Manager comped all of the food. Qualifies as the top 1 or 2 of horrible restaurant dining experiences ever. Might be difficult for us to go back again."

"That was my girlfriend and my first time in the bars. We made Valentine's Day $125. It was a Prix Fixe menu. I did the flank steak and she did the shrimps and scallops. The steak was perfectly cooked. You've been eating the scallops. (I tried a bite, they were delicious). We did the grilled Focaccia and fried oysters, both of which were very good. We made the strawberry cheesecake and lava cake for the desert. The lava cake was by far our favorite. This special came with a bottle of wine. It was a cheap wine, which can be expected for these kinds of specialties. For the price, this meal was definitely worth the money. We love both shells, so we splurged and bought an additional one that is not on the Prix Fixe menu."

"Worst food I?ve seen in a loooong time. Wow. Everything we ordered was wrong because we got someone else?s order. The other guys fries were soggy and cold, his sliders were very dry and flavorless and his boneless wings were blackened by overcooking in old, dirty oil. Most of this disgusting oil ended up in the bottom of the container (see pics lol). Never. Again."

"Not happy. We had a reservation for 7:45p and we didn't sit until 8:30. My disabled aunt had to stand while we waited. Our food lasted long and also our drinks. I made this reservation for my sons' birthday and they didn't even sing to him as if they had the other guests who had their birthday. Did they forget? I mentioned it. I remembered the waitress after we paid our bill, and she grabbed him an ice cream on Sunday. Nevertheless, we've tipped well."

"it was a catastrophe. I have reserved 8 to celebrate a meilenstein birthday to honor my dad. I tried to contact the restaurant by phone, e-mail and text, days before the date of our dinner to postpone my dinner time to 30 minutes later. I didn't get a reply. at 2:30 a.m., on the day of my 5:30 reservation, I received a non-descriptive text from an unknown number that was canceled my reservation. I went to the table side to find that it was updated to say that the facility would be closed on Tuesday. I tried a new reservation on open table. since the facility did not cancel my reservation on the open table platform, I could not reserve a table anywhere else. I was still left to cheat on a place to eat and to inform my guests about the change in the last minute. that was terrible customer service."

"Usually one of our favorite restaurants in the area. This night was a little disappointing though. 1st we were seated in the side room. Totally different vibe from the vibrant front room which was filled. It is .....a very boring and plain room I guess would describe it best. Then there was a large, very noisy group in the room. Swearing and just way to loud for others to enjoy a meal (our anniversary) as others also around us commented. Was then informed there was no lobster and was all out of it for the night. At 6:00pm!? You might expect that at 8 or 9 but the night just started. (Coincidently my wife and her friends went there revently for lunch and at 12 they were told they had no fish that day. A Seafood restaurant with no lobster or fish is strange and unheard of. There were 6 desserts and we were told they were out of 2 of them. Our waitress worked hard and was very nice but her attention was mostly focused on the large group. The food was very good, as usual, even though my wife had her heart set on lobster. The scallops and the oysters were delicious. Love the place usually so we'll chalk it up to an off, different night there."

"Very good food and good service. The staff is very knowledgeable and educates first time visitors on the items on the menu. I would like them to add an option to add or substitute potatoes for corn in the 1LB bag of seafood of your choosing for futurecustomers. All the seasoning have some type of hot spice to them, so ask your waiter on the different kinds because they have 4types of hot, and 5 different types of flavors. Also the lobster sandwich is REALLY GOOD (epecially the bread). Also all softdrinks are bottled and must be purchased (even water) so be prepared for that. The shrimp comes with shells on them so if you'renot used to taking those off be prepared to take your time while eating. There is plenty of street parking so no need to worryabout find a park."
