"I've been to Earl's multiple times. This was the least pleasant experience. Apparently a couple of servers had to be sent home for getting drunk so they were short staffed. Heard all about it from other servers who were complaining about it near the kitchen where we were seated. It was very crowded and very loud for a Tuesday evening. I suspect because they could not turn the tables over as quickly. Our server, Samantha, gave a lot of attention to a table full of guys taking shots and very little to us. She recommended 3 appetizers and each time we ordered one she came back and said they were out. She recommended something, come back and say they were out. Rinse and repeat 3 times. Seems she'd find out what they HAD before recommending. I also didn't appreciate that she gave me the check on her ipad on the payment page with only the total. When I asked to view the itemized view, some of those items were still on the check, which made me feel like she was hoping I didn't catch before I paid. That said, the food was amazing as usual. Buffalo cauliflower and cajun salmon (get side of bbq sauce) are a must."
