"I was extremely disappointed dining at this restaurant. Upon arrival the hostess tells me that they are extremely busy and it may take a while to receive our meals after ordering. What a great welcome for a 1st time customer. We decide to order several appetizers including oysters and mussels. The oysters were served in melted ice and were covered in water and the mussels were cold. The manager then comes over and says the mussels were cold because they were sitting on our table for more than a few minutes and that reordering them would take some time . I actually thought I was in Denny 's not a Steakhouse...every single employee there needs training in hospitality. You can see from my dining history that I regularly eat out and have never submitted a complaint such as this. One word can describe this restaurant Underwhelming!"

"Just got done spending the weekend up in Watkins Glen and Binghamton. We made a stop today at Seneca lake and this place is absolutely gorgeous. I can’t believe I have never come up here before a vacation. I can tell you know it’s definitely on my list. Such a gorgeous day just sitting on the benches watching all the sailboats breeze through the lake. The town is very nice and clean and all the people I encountered were very friendly. There are so many cool restaurants to get a variety of different foods to eat at. You can get alcohol slushy‘s and walk through the town or you can get Coney Island hotdogs or brick oven pizza. Sailboat cruises are very affordable at around $69 for two hours per person and the next time I come up to visit I’m definitely going to put that on my list."

"The food is always good at Cinco. However, watching the server trying to manage three tables today just after lunch almost drove me to tears. The bartender and the host/manager seemed to notice and just let her go down in flames…. With all her tables lol. Was a monumental waste of time for a Caesar salad and none of the other things I ordered."

"The best Ribeye Steak I had in my life. My wife and I are trying steak houses in almost every city we visit. We travel for work and were in every state east of the Miss and many to the West. Even Mallory is not good in San Antonio. 10/10 for the meal. The cocktails are unique. Many thoughts and planning go into them. Our current trip was about 4k miles and that was the best meal by far. Maybe the best we ever had. And again Steak was the best I had in my life. A test on Texas cooking. The blond dessert should die. Absolutely amazing to finish the meal. I'm not sure if your ice cream is homemade or not, but it was very unique and not something I tasted before."
