"After being seated, everything was great. However, prior to that, we had reservations and still had to wait over 20 minutes. When we arrived, there was total chaos inside with a lot of people waiting and things seeming out of control. The hostess appeared frazzled and not in control of herself or the situation, coming off as very rude and dismissive. The hostess situation leaves much to be desired with loads of room for improvement. When I make reservations, I expect to be seated at the reserved time, not to be dismissed and told they will seat me "as soon as they can." What's the point of a reservation then? Other than that, the food and wait staff were great. The negative aspect was the hostess and hostess station."
