"what a divine meal! so many tastes to bring them to the head. the mush maitakes were so delicious. we went with the rib eye with the ssam add on, the baby noble stone has salat, nori, shiso, roasted garlic, jalapeños and ssamjang (the most delicious diving sauce). the steak had the most perfect dry aged character. it was tasty, but not too intense on the radio. we can't wait to go back and focus on the turbot next time!"
