"It was a terrible experience, and I would never go back. Our friends and family asked how the restaurant was since they haven 't been before. To say the least, they won 't waste their time going to your restaurant My boyfriend and I made reservations for 7:00 pm on Saturday for a celebratory date. We were very excited to try this restaurant. We drove all the way from Rogers. We got to the restaurant at 6:55. A whole hour after we ordered our food, our server informed us that there was a party of 30 in the back room. However, the rest of the restaurant wasn 't even that crowded? Our server told us that it would be even later before our food would be prepared. Our server didn 't care in the slightest that we were growing agitated and extremely hungry. Most decent servers would have at least offered their paying customers more bread in the mean time while they waited. That was not the case. We experienced extremely poor service. Our water glasses were empty half of the time. Over an hour later, we decided to not waste any more time waiting for food that probably wasn 't even anywhere close to being ready. We flagged down our server (not sure you could even call her a server because she hardly even waited on us the whole time we were there? . There were customers all around us getting their food, dessert, etc., yet ours was nowhere to be seen. We told our waitress that we wanted our check (we ordered the avocado fries as an appetizer, which were very delicious. They were the only pleasant part of our experience . Most servers that want their paying customers to have an over all good experience would have grabbed the manager and expressed an apology. However, our server replied with a simple okay , with zero emotions. She took another 10 minutes before she even got the check back to our table. Still, she never once apologized for the horrendous experience. In short, we left hungry, agitated, and with zero intentions of ever going back. Would not recommend this restaurant."
