"I am giving a lower rating due to the confusion with the reservation at Ranchers Club restaurant. Unfortunately, they are currently not open for business or taking reservations. Despite this, we were excited for a nice steak dinner before the live entertainment they had planned for the evening. Upon arrival, we were accommodated in the Ranchers Club Lounge, which was in the midst of a "soft-reopening". The venue was stunning and service was commendable considering there was only one staff member working. They are still ironing out the details for their reopening and are facing challenges in finding reliable employees (a common issue in today's job market). The drinks were excellent, the food was delicious, and the entertainment was top-notch. Hopefully, this positive experience will pave the way for the reopening of the Lounge and eventually the entire restaurant."
